If the amount of money in your PayPal balance is insufficient to complete a transaction, PayPal will try to complete the transaction using each of the other payment methods available in your PayPal account. You can review or cancel this Billing Agreement, or change your preferred payment method in your PayPal account, by visiting "My preapproved payments" in the My money section of your Profile on the PayPal website. You may also cancel this Billing Agreement by contacting us. View PayPal policies and your payment method rights. PayPal may amend this Billing Agreement consistent with its policies. If you change the website of registration of your eBay account (for example, you change registration from eBay.com to eBay.ca), this Billing Agreement will be cancelled. If you change the currency of your eBay account, you will need to again specify PayPal as your preauthorized payment method for your account in the new currency. If this Billing Agreement is cancelled, or if the payment through PayPal cannot be completed for any reason, you remain obligated to pay eBay for all unpaid amounts. In such cases, you authorize eBay to charge your other payment methods on file with eBay, such as a credit card or checking account, for seller fees, any amounts you owe eBay under the eBay Buyer Protection Policy, and other amounts or charges that you authorize for eBay provided that no such preauthorized payment will exceed $2,000 without prior notice to you.
